B-TEC Industriële Automatisering BV
For 25 years, Ground-breaking Automation as a Full System Integrator.
Branches:
History
1992: Start of B-TEC Industriële Automatisering BV.
B-TEC Industrial Automation is founded by J.Vluggen and C.Debije.
The first automation projects are realized from an office in
Simpelveld. Because of the background of both founders, these are
projects within the Galvano and ceramic industry.
1993: Moving to a larger building.
Because
it soon becomes apparent that customers not only need innovative software but also hardware, it is soon necessary to opt for a larger building. A workshop is also available here, which means that prototype machines can also be
built and tested.
1999: Relocation to business park "De Beitel".
The expansion of B-TEC Industrial Automation
continues, so that a relocation is necessary. Both the Engineering department and the
Workplace will be in a bigger position. In the meantime, the branches in which B-TEC moves
are quite divergent.
2003: Daughter company ICON Panel and Distributor Building is established.
In 2003, B-TEC decides not to purchase the Hardware from
third parties, but starts its own panel building department.
2013: B-TEC developed Intracart System.
Together with ICE-COOL and KOM-EA, B-TEC Industrial Automation develops
an INTRACART system. This system automatically transports bakery carts through rice
cabinets and freezer systems. Due to the
innovative solutions, it is possible to transport these cars trouble-free at extremely low temperatures. Hygiene is also a
high priority.
2015: Development of dishwasher tablets counting machine.
In collaboration with KOM-EA and Thurn-Produkte, B-TEC develops a
dishwasher tablets counting machine. Here, the prevention of rupture of the tablets is highest
priority. The prototype is extensively tested for 1 year in a 24/7 production
environment.
2017: Redesign dishwasher tablets counting machine.
Through the experience gained with the prototype, a
start is made on building a zero-series counter. In this the experience of the
prototype is developed and production capacity increases.
